Panzer Dragoon Orta is an Xbox video game developed by Smilebit. These are a sequel to the Panzer Dragoon games for the Sega Saturn.

Panzer Dragoon Orta is the simply Panzer Dragoon game to exist as developed by a second company than Team Andromeda. Smilebit, an internal development team at Sega (their last games include Jet Grind Radio for the Dreamcast and GunValkyrie for the Xbox) created the game. Yet, Smilebit involved many previous members of Team Andromeda, which was besides one of Sega's internal developers.
